  1. I think Fedex is the worst. I worked for Spencer’s Gifts during the Halloween season. I could not believe the countless number of packages that were left in different towns, the wrong house in the same block or the package just got loss. Of course, the company got reimbursed and the packages were remailed. Not to mention some pretty pissed off customers. It happened so many times that I don’t want to use their service if it can be helped.

I will never use FedEx again. this was my first time using the company and my last I mailed non- latex gloves to my parents, after their investigation and me putting in a claims of lost item which my parents never received ( the cost for every thing $27.23). and because there was no signature they denied my claim. Let me suggest something for FedEx do like Amazon when their is no one to receive the item take a picture of the item where it was left at.
