I wish I had known before that the reviews on CARFAX are not reliable. I doubt too many people who had bad experiences will ask the dealership for a review link.
I also wish there was a way to blacklist dealerships so that their cars no longer show up in my search. Some dealerships are outright dishonest and are posting prices well below what they actually sell it for. Brooklyn Volkswagen is one such store. I wasted time and money getting there and back and looking at a car that seemed a reasonable price only to find that they added nearly $10,000 in “fees” to the price. I would like to leave a negative review so that others don’t waste time believing the dishonest price posted on CARFAX and I would like to not see their cars in my searches.
