    Bad experience . order, paid. No delivery . no cancel order plus no refund.

And today they brought the wrong item which was 410 and took 800 rupees. I am not going to just forget my money till they give it back.im going to sue them

  9. Very bad experience with foodpanda. They cancelled my order and up to date, they have not make the refund. When contacted them via chat service, keep giving the same reason and keep telling me refund will be made within 3-5 working days but until a month plus nothing was refunded. Should I lodge a police report?
